John P. Idaho: Caffrey & Company placed a low interest rate loan on a series of duplexes and an apartment complex in the Kansas City area. We were under a tight timeframe with the purchase and closing of an apartment complex in Phoenix.
Our 1031 Exchange deadline was going to expire before we could complete the purchase.
