Caffrey & Company LLC placed a $23 Million bridge loan on a portfolio of 7-Walgreen Stores in Arkansas, Michigan, Missouri and Tennessee with a Canadian Based Private Lender.  Caffrey & Co. stepped in and quickly placed the loan after the initial lender failed to meet the closing deadline for this acquisition.
